Popular Vehicles and Services Limited (PVSL) has received four Letters of Intent (LOIs) to set up Ather 3S facilities in Maharashtra. Two facilities will be located in Nagpur, and the remaining two in Chandrapur and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (formerly Aurangabad). This expansion marks PVSL's entry into Maharashtra, its third state in the growing network. Operations are expected to commence in the second quarter.
