NRF, a wholly owned subsidiary of Banco Products (India) Limited, has established NRF Romania S.R.L. to expand its warehouse capacity and meet growing customer demand in the region. The new entity will be based in Chitila, Romania, and will improve NRF's operational efficiency and enable it to adapt to future growth expectations. The opening of the new warehouse is planned for 2025, and NRF does not expect any disruptions to its regular operations during the transition period.
